I believe in creating a unique experience where food looks beautiful and tastes delicious. We are fortunate to live in a beautiful and naturally bountiful part of the world, and I love to incorporate those natural elements into my presentation of food. Locally sourced meat, fish, breads, and produce along with fresh flowers and herbs from my own garden, seashells, interesting leaves, plants from the surrounding woods all play a part in creating beautiful and delicious food.

Hello there! Thanks so much for visiting my site. I'm Jo and I love being in the kitchen, or entertaining friends and family. My 'niche' is cocktail parties, weddings, memorial services, any time or place where people mix and mingle, gather and share. If you are looking for a menu full of 'small bites' or buffet type gathering, I would be happy to create a menu just for you. Alternatively, if you feel like staying home, and not lifting a finger, let me prepare a 4 course private dinner for you and your friends where you can sit back, enjoy and be pampered. Wine pairings are also available.
